Use a paper ballot if you are voting Absentee or In-Person Click here to download the paper ballot. If you want to bring your ballot to Membership Night, print the ballot, fill it out and submit it on Sept 18. (Ballots will be available at Membership Night.) If you want to vote absentee, the rules for absentee ballots are below: |

There are no special rules for online voting. There is only one voting member per membership. Online voting is only available from now through September 18. Your name and email address are required to ensure only 1 vote per EYC memberhip. Names and email addresses will not be revealed during the vote counting process. Your submission will be counted during Membership Night, September 18, 2026. |
1.
The ballot will be filled in, folded, and placed in a
sealed envelope. 2. The outside of the envelope will contain the printed name and signature of the EYC member. 3. There is only one voting member per membership. 4. The envelope must be placed in the mail delivery box in the front door of the clubhouse not later than 1800 Friday, 18 September 2026. 5. The election committee will match the name on the outside of the envelope with the membership roster and place the folded ballot in the ballot box for counting. |
